Painting : Kids

In this curriculum specially designed for children age 5-10, the students will learn to create original paintings with various techniques and media, through easy to follow step-by-step instructions about key art elements such as line, form and shape. Through 1-1 instruction, demonstration and modelling, cooperative learning in groups, and hands-on tactile opportunities, your child’s skills and confidence will grow and be reinforced through art-making.
Term Dates: A new focus for every new term. We teach 12 sessions per term, once a week.

Course Fee:
$450.00 (excludes materials) every term* of 12 lessons
Material cost of $60.00 every term
Payment Options per term:
a/ Full $510.00 upfront payment
b/ Payment of $210.00 upfront / $150.00 due on 4th and 8th lessons
*Enrolment any time of the year is welcome. Fees will be pro-rated accordingly

Term 1 {4 Jan - 29 Mar} - Art Composition // Still Life
Term 2 {5 Apr - 28 Jun} - Line and Form // Landscapes
Term 3 {1 Jul - 27 Sep} - Colour // Movement
Term 4 {4 Oct - 18 Dec} - Texture // Stories
Great for children who love paint to learn about colour, composition and techniques in art-making. All materials are available for use at the studio and to take home: paints, palette, brushes, paper, canvas.

For sake of clarity, we emphasise that this course includes all 12 sessions for every term of 3 months. In the case of the participant's no-show for any one of them, no refund, replacement or exchanges will be made.
