We're afraid not. Once you check-out, your order will be registered as confirmed and will be processed accordingly. However, if you'll like to return your items to us, you can do so upon receipt of goods. Learn more.
The alert you receive is a reminder that you've placed an order but not completed with payment. This means your order cannot be processed and the items you want cannot be reserved. In order for your items to be shipped to you, do proceed to make payment. Do contact us

Orders that are not followed up with payment after a long time are regrettably cancelled. We are unable to hold orders that have appear to have been 'abandoned'. If you have received this email despite having completed your order with payment, or if you wish to re-order, do contact us
