ORDERING

How do I order?
To order, simply

You can make payment to through Paypal or to POSB/UOB account (details on the checkout invoice). Please note that orders will be processed after payment. We will not be able to reserve the items for you if payment is not made within three working days.

What currency are the prices in?
All prices are in Singapore Dollars.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Can I order through email or the phone?
Yes! You can email us directly at admin@thelittlehappyshop.com with your order details. Or you can contact us with your phone number and we'll get in touch by the next working day.

If I order through email or the phone, how do I pay for my order?
You can pay through paypal using your credit card, or bank transfer through ATM or internet-banking. Please note that payment must be made before your items will be mailed or delivered to you.

If I order online, how do I know if you have received my order?
When you check out, you should see an Order Confirmation page. We will also follow up with a Shipping Confirmation once your items are sent along your way by way of email.

How can I request for more information on an item?
Just click on the orange button at the bottom below the price & quantity that says "request info"-- please leave us a valid email address for us to reply you. Or you can contact us . We'll get back to you by the next working day.

Is everything you have online in stock?
For items that are not in stock, you'll see a message right above the price & order quantity that indicates that it is sold out or "out of stock". In this instance, you could still proceed with backordering.

Can I order something that is currently out of stock?
Yes. Just click and order as you would normally. Once the new shipment arrives, your item will be delivered to you. Learn more about backorder.

Can I cancel my order after check-out?
We're afraid not. Once you check-out, your order will be registered as confirmed and will be processed accordingly. However, if you'll like to return your items to us, you can do so upon receipt of goods. Learn more.

Why did I receive an alert that my order has lapsed?
The alert you receive is a reminder that you've placed an order but not completed with payment. This means your order cannot be processed and the items you want cannot be reserved. In order for your items to be shipped to you, do proceed to make payment. Do contact us if you need help.

Why did I receive an alert that my order has been cancelled?
Orders that are not followed up with payment after a long time are regrettably cancelled. We are unable to hold orders that have appear to have been 'abandoned'. If you have received this email despite having completed your order with payment, or if you wish to re-order, do contact us.

Can I recommend you a new product?
Yes! Do pop us a note to consider it. We appreciate the information you provide on this product to help us make trade enquiries.

I am a retailer. Do you sell your goods wholesale?
Yes! We distribute several brands to retailers. For details, please contact us with your company information and order enquiry.

I'm not a retailer, ... can I buy in bulk?
If you are thinking of ordering in bulk because of your company event, please contact us with some details.
